Life Matters host Brendan O'Connell continues his conversation with Jessica Vaughan. Jessica Vaughan is the director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies. Vaughn shares her views towards migratory policies as an issue of national interest, as opposed to a human rights or civil issue.
